Qualification: . Essential Education: Post-Qualification Experience, M.E./M.Tech (Structural), Full Time: Min. 6 years in project planning, analysis, design, detailing and execution of structural works (RCC, structural steel, foundations); proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD; BIM knowledge an advantage, B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical), Full Time: Min. 6 years in design, installation, execution, testing, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, healthcare and infrastructure projects, B.E./B.Tech (Electrical), Full Time: Min. 6 years in planning, design, coordination, execution support and supervision of electrical systems for healthcare and large-scale infrastructure projects, B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical), Full Time: Min. 6 years in planning, design, coordination and execution support of plumbing and public health engineering (PHE) systems for large-scale infrastructure, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects, B.E./B.Tech or Diploma (Biomedical Engineering/Electronics & Communication), Full Time: Min. 3 years (Degree holders) / 10 years (Diploma holders) in planning, design, coordination and implementation of biomedical engineering systems for healthcare infrastructure, B.E./B.Tech or Diploma (Civil), Full Time: Min. 3 years (Degree) / 10 years (Diploma) in quantity estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, cost control, measurement, billing and contract administration for large-scale infrastructure projects, BE/B.Tech (Civil), Full Time: Min. 10 years in project planning and execution & contract management of civil and allied works for large, multi-storied buildings, preferably hospitals/healthcare projects, BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), Full Time: Min. 6 years executing and managing large-scale infrastructure and building projects (commercial, institutional, healthcare), with site execution, construction planning, coordination, quality control and resource management expertise, BE/B.Tech or Diploma (Civil), Full Time: Min. 3 years (Degree) / 10 years (Diploma) in site supervision, construction planning, quality control, quantity estimation and coordination with contractors/consultants.
