Post Name: Essential Educational Qualification, Block Programme Manager: MBA or MSW (minimum 55%) + 1-year Computer Diploma, MO-AYUSH (Male/Female): BHMS/BAMS/BUMS degree with registration from a GOI-recognised Ayush, Homio, or Unani Registration Board, Community Health Officer: BSc Nursing/Post Basic BSc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council, Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer-UHWC: BSc Nursing or GNM Course passed with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council, Pharmacist: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (minimum 50%) with registration in the Pharmacy Registration Council, Laboratory Technician: 12th passed with DMLT/BMLT/Paramedical Course in Pathology, registered with the CG Paramedical Council, Physiotherapist: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT). 2nd ANM: 12th passed with ANM course from an INC-affiliated training centre and live registration, Dental Assistant: Matriculation from a recognised board (experience in a Government dental college/clinic preferred). Counselor: PG Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Health Education, Mass Communication, or Social Science, Feeding Demonstrator: BSc Home Science, Attendant-NRC / Cook Cum Care Taker: 8th passed, MPW (Male)-UHWC: Higher Secondary (10+2) with Biology, plus a 1-year diploma in Multipurpose Worker Training recognised by the state government, Jr. Secretarial Assistant (LDC)-UHWC: 12th passed with at least a 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications, Class-IV-UHWC: 10th passed. Streams: B.E, B.Sc, Graduate, Diploma, 12th, 10th, Nursing, Pharmacy.
