Qualification: . A candidate must be either a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, a subject of Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or specified East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, Candidates in the latter categories must hold a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.. Essential Educational Qualification: Essential Experience, Master's Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Chemistry with specialisation in Soil Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Soil Science from a recognised University/Institute: 3 years' experience in Soil and Water analysis in a Central/State Government, UT, autonomous/statutory organisation, PSU, University or recognised research institution, Graduate in any discipline plus LLB from a recognised University/Institute; OR Integrated 5-year Law degree from a recognised University/Institute: 1 year (for regular LLB route) or 2 years (for integrated law degree route) experience handling litigation and court matters / administration of law in a Government organisation, Recognised MBBS degree plus PG degree/diploma in Clinical Haematology (DM/DNB Clinical Haematology, or MD Medicine/Paediatrics/Pathology with 2 years' special training in Clinical Haematology, or equivalent DNB combinations): 3 years' teaching experience as Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar/Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned speciality after the first PG degree, MBBS plus PG degree/diploma in Endocrinology (DM/DNB Endocrinology, or MD/DNB Medicine or Paediatrics with 2 years' special training in Endocrinology): 3 years' teaching experience as above, MBBS plus PG degree/diploma in Neonatology (DM/DNB Neonatology, or MD/DNB Paediatrics with 2 years' special training in Neonatology): 3 years' teaching experience as above, MBBS plus PG degree/diploma in Nuclear Medicine (DM/DNB Nuclear Medicine, MD/DNB Radio-Therapy or Radio-Diagnosis with 2 years' experience in Nuclear Medicine, MD/DNB Medicine with Diploma in Radiation/Nuclear Medicine, or MD Bio-Physics with Diploma in Radiation/Nuclear Medicine): 3 years' teaching experience as above, MBBS plus PG degree/diploma in Pulmonary Medicine (DM/DNB Pulmonary Medicine, or MD/DNB Respiratory Medicine, General Medicine or Paediatrics with 2 years' special training in Pulmonary Medicine): 3 years' teaching experience as above, MBBS plus PG degree/diploma in Paediatric Cardiology or Cardiology (DM/DNB Paediatric Cardiology, DM/DNB Cardiology, or MD/DNB Paediatrics with 2 years' special training in Cardiology): 3 years' teaching experience as above, MBBS plus PG degree/diploma in Surgical Gastroenterology (MCh/DNB Surgical Gastroenterology, or MS/DNB General Surgery with 2 years' special training in Surgical Gastroenterology): 3 years' teaching experience as above, Master's Degree in Zoology with Entomology, or Master's Degree in Public Health Entomology, from a recognised University/Institute: 3 years' experience in teaching and/or research and/or control in Medical Entomology, Public Health Entomology or Vector Borne Diseases under a Central/State Government body, autonomous/statutory organisation, PSU, University or recognised research institute, Master's Degree in Zoology with Entomology as one of the papers, or Master's Degree in Public Health Entomology, from a recognised University/Institute: 3 years' experience in teaching and/or research and/or control in Medical Entomology, Public Health Entomology or Vector Borne Diseases, Master's Degree in Chemistry, or Associateship Diploma of the Institution of Chemists (by examination), or Biochemistry/Pharmacology/Pharmacy/Forensic Science with Chemistry as a subject in all three years of B.Sc. level, from a recognised University: 3 years' experience in research and analytical work in Toxicology in a Central/State organisation, recognised institute, university, or forensic science laboratory, Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised University or an institution approved by the Central Government: 2 years' experience as an Officer of the State Judicial Service, OR in the Legal Department of a State, OR as a Central Government servant in legal affairs, OR as an Advocate at the Bar. Streams: MBBS, B.E, B.Sc, LL.B, Graduate, Diploma, Pharmacy, Law, Agriculture.
