Permanent Two Wheeler driving Licence & should be able to drive two wheeler and at least (2) years of work experience under RNTCP/ 5 years’ experience in any public health Programme in a supervisory capacity.. Staff Nurse/ Nursing Officers: B.Sc. (Nursing)/ GNM. ANM / 2nd ANMs: MPHW(F) Training, Lab Technician: MLT Vocational (With Apprenticeship) Or B.Sc-MLT. Pharmacist: D.
