Eligibility Items

B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical/Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation-related Engineering, as per the post code applied for.
Minimum 65% marks in the qualifying degree (60% for SC/ST category candidates applying against reserved posts).
Freshers may apply for the post of Junior Research Engineer; no prior work experience is required.
Candidates awaiting final results of their qualifying degree may also apply, provided they upload final marksheets and degree certificates on or before 31.08.2026, along with an online undertaking; failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of candidature.
The Bachelor's degree must be a full-time regular 4-year programme after 10+2, or a lateral-entry 3-year programme after a Diploma in the relevant discipline, from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution.
