Eligibility Text

This recruitment is restricted to a specific eligible group: only candidates who qualify as "Migrants" under SRO 412 of 2009, or as "Kashmiri Pandits" under SRO 425 of 2017, are eligible to apply. Migrant status is certified by the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, J&K, while Kashmiri Pandit status is certified by the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district. In addition, candidates must be domiciles of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir and possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, valid on or before the cut-off date of 08.09.2026.
