Eligibility Table

Post	Qualification Required
Associate Consultant	Retired ONGC persons with at least 10 years of experience in Work Over/Drilling operations (E4/E5 level; in case of non-availability, E6 level may be considered with capping at E5 level).
Junior Consultant	Retired ONGC persons from Production and Drilling disciplines (up to E3 level).

Pay Level / Pay Scale	Remuneration Details
Consolidated Honorarium	Rs. 40,000/- pm (all inclusive) + Rs. 2,000/- (Maximum) for Communication facilities. (80% paid monthly, 20% paid after performance assessment at end of tenure). An annual increment of 5% on the monthly honorarium part is applicable if tenure is extended to the second year.
