Description

Qualification: Master's degree with 55% marks OR Ph.D. degree from a foreign university ranked among top 500. NET/SLET/SET is required unless exempted.. Master's degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.. Cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by UGC like SLET/SET.. Exemption from NET/SLET/SET if awarded Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016, provided Ph.D. thesis evaluated by at least two external examiners, open Ph.D. Viva-Voce conducted, and at least two research papers published from Ph.D. work (one in a referred journal) and at least two papers presented in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR sponsored conferences/seminars.. OR Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among top 500 in the World University Ranking (QS, THE, or ARWU).. Candidates need a Master's degree with 55% marks in a relevant subject, or a Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the top 500. NET/SLET/SET is generally required unless exempted..
