Qualification: Graduation/B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma with relevant experience, Caretaker cum Fire Officer:Essential: 1. Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized University. 2. Certification/Training in Fire fighting from any recognized Institution. 3. Five year's experience in supervision and maintenance of buildings with civil and Electrical components (minimum covered are 50,000 square feet.) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer specially M.S. One year experience in the relevant field after obtaining Degree/Diploma, OR 1. B.Sc. 2. One year PG Diploma (Fire & Safety Management/Industrial Safety & Fire Prevention). 3. Two years' experience in the relevant field after obtaining Diploma, OR 1. Three years Diploma (Fire/Fire & Safety). 2. Five years' experience in the relevant field after obtaining Diploma, Desirable: Knowledge of Computer application such as Word processing application including operation of e-mail, and internet, spread sheet and presentation making application..
