Qualification: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare, Officer GR. I (P&A) / Dy, Officer (P&A):Graduate with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare of one-year duration, Minimum 2 years' experience for S2/4 Years' experience in S3 in Human Resource department in an organisation of repute, Candidate should be conversant with routine HR & Administrative functions of an organisation, Candidates having hands-on factory experience with basic knowledge of Labour laws will be preferred, Excellent organizational communications skills, Working Knowledge of Computers (MS Office, in particular) is a prerequisite for the Job.. Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare, A Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the same fields of one-year duration is also acceptable..
