Qualification: 8th, 12th, Graduate, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, etc.. Post Name: Minimum Educational Qualification, Medical Officer-RBSK (Male/Female): BHMS/BAMS/BUMS degree with registration from a Government of India-recognized Ayush, Homeopathy, or Unani Registration Board, Lab Supervisor (STLS): Graduate; Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (or equivalent) from a Government-recognized institution; permanent two-wheeler driving license; certificate course in computer operations (minimum 2 months); preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in NTEP/RNTCP. Physiotherapist (NHM): Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with live registration, Lab Technician (DPHL): Higher Secondary (10+2) in Biology with BMLT, or with DMLT, or with a one-year Paramedical Technician certificate course (CMLT); registration with the Paramedical Council of India or Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council (preference: BMLT, then DMLT, then CMLT). Technical Assistant – Hearing Impaired Children (NPPCD): Diploma in Training Young Deaf and Hearing Handicapped (DTYDHH) from an RCI-recognized institute, Staff Nurse (SNCU / NBSU / NRC): B.Sc Nursing or GNM course passed with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council, Community Health Officer (CHO): B.Sc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course, or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course, with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council, Counsellor (NHM): PG Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Mass Communication, or Social Science, Junior Secretariat Assistant (NHM / UHWC): 12th passed with a one-year Diploma in Computer Application, Secretariat Assistant (SA-NHM): Graduate with a one-year Diploma in Computer Application, Attendant (NRC): 8th passed, Ayah Bai (SNCU): 8th passed.
