. Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/College/University recognized or approved by Government bodies/AICTE/UGC. The result must have been declared on or before 01 April 2026, and the date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date (i.e., Graduation Marksheet should not be prior to 01 April 2022). Additionally, candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in any one of the local languages of the state they are applying for, which will be verified through 10th/12th marksheet or a proficiency test.
