Core Qualification (Telecom Stream):Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent from a Central Govt./State Govt. recognized Institution/University in any of the following disciplines: Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology (IT), or Instrumentation.. Alternative Qualification:M.Sc. (Electronics) or M.Sc. (Computer Science).. Higher Qualifications:Candidates possessing M.Tech. in the prescribed disciplines are also eligible to appear in the Direct Recruitment examination.. Vision Requirement:The applicant must be capable of distinguishing principal colours and should have binocular vision.. Nationality:Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply..
