Discipline: Essential Qualification, Industrial Safety: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with PG Degree/Diploma in Safety Engineering Mgt., or B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering, Geology: Post Graduate Degree in Geology/Applied Geology, Electrical: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology, Mechanical: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery, Civil: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, M&HS: MBBS from an MCI-recognized institute with minimum 3 years’ experience (including at least 1 year in emergency services or Occupational Health services); OR, if PG Diploma, minimum 3 years’ experience after diploma in the clinical field, Valid MCI/State registration and relevant experience certificates required.. Environment Management: Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering/Technology, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering/Management/Science, OR Post Graduate Degree in Environment Science, Mineral Processing: B.Tech/B.E. in Mineral and Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, or Mineral Processing; OR M.Tech in the same fields, Human Resources: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR, or PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/HR, OR Master’s in Social Work acceptable under Labour Legislation for working as Welfare Officer, Finance: Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Survey: Bachelor Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency, or M.Tech (Geomatics).
