Qualification: . Junior Level Consultant candidates must be Graduates from any recognised University, with 1–2 years’ experience in NRM, financing, value‑chain management or agri‑marketing projects, working knowledge of MS Office and mobile‑based data collection apps, physical fitness for travel in rugged terrain, and proficiency in the State language (with additional weightage for knowledge of local dialects).. Middle Level Consultant: Junior Level Consultant, Graduate / Post-Graduate in Agriculture and allied subjects* (Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Veterinary and Animal Science only): Graduate from any Recognised University. 1-4 years in Natural Resource Management / Financing / Value Chain Management / Agri, Marketing based projects/studies: 1-2 years in Natural Resource Management / Financing / Value Chain Management / Agri, Marketing based projects/studies, Experience in field monitoring and evaluation of NRM/tribal development projects; database management knowledge; proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel; proficiency in State language: Knowledge of MS Office and mobile data collection app; physically fit for travel in rugged terrain; proficiency in State language (additional score for knowledge of State dialects).
