Minimum 10 years working experience in the relevant field i.e. agriculture credits/ financing/ enforcement/ banking/ insurance/ commodity markets. Retired Government/ Central and State PSU/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies official with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field. Worked in grade pay of Rs. 6600/ - or above for at least 5 years before retirement. No criminal/ vigilance proceedings.
