Qualification: LL.B degree, Consultant in Corporate Law:LL.B degree with minimum 30 years of experience in PSUs/Autonomous Organizations/Central/State Government/Statutory Bodies, out of which minimum 20 years of experience post-LL.B in Contract Management, Arbitration (Domestic & International), Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, and High-value commercial dispute resolution, MBA is desirable.. Candidates must possess an LL.B degree, An MBA is considered desirable for this position.. Streams: LL.B, Graduate, Law.
