Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields like Textile Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Company Secretary registration, Experience requirements vary by post.. DGM – Product Development (PD):Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering / Technical Textiles / Polymer Science / Material Science or equivalent. 15 years of experience, Master's Degree / Ph.D. in relevant field and experience in ballistic protection systems, NBC suits, protective fabrics or smart textiles are desirable.. DGM – Research &Development (R&D):Retired Technical officer 'A' / Scientist 'D' from DRDO/NIFT/CSIR with 15 Years of experience in relevant field.. Sr. Manager Quality Control (QC):Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology. 05 years of industrial experience in quality control/implementation of quality tools, Certification in Quality Management Systems/ Six Sigma / Lead Auditor Course is desirable.. Sr. Manager Information Technology (IT):B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA. Minimum 05 years of working experience, Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of database management systems and ISQL/SQL, proficiency in programming languages, Web Based Reporting System, Dashboard Development, Website Development, familiarity with software development methodologies, and knowledge in Linux OS are desirable.. Sr. Manager Marketing (International):Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology, MBA in Marketing / International Business, Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development or commercial functions, Experience in defence production or defence marketing, handling government tenders, institutional marketing, strategic partnerships, and international business of Defence Sector are desirable..
