Job Description

Director (BD&F) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Managing Director. He is overall in charge of finance, accounts and fund management of the organisation and is responsible for evolving and formulating policies relating to Finance and Accounts as well as implementation thereof.

Minimum Qualifying Experience

Minimum 18 years in Govt./PSUs/reputed organizations in Finance, Accounts, Fund Management, raising finances, loan syndication etc., with 5 years at Senior Management Level in Corporate Project Finance in infrastructure Companies. For PSUs, must be at EB level or equivalent with 2 years in grade and 5 years in infrastructure finance. All India Services officers may be considered if at SAG/JS grade or equivalent.
