MBBS Degree and having Registration under Assam Medical Council.. Candidate with Post Graduate Qualifications will be given preference with degree holders getting priority over diploma holders.. Minimum of 20 (twenty) years of service in the State Health Service.. 5 (five) years of administrative experience in the rank of SDM&HO and above.. Candidates must possess an MBBS Degree with registration under the Assam Medical Council, Post-graduate qualifications are preferred, and preference will be given to degree holders over diploma holders..
