Qualification: Graduate, Diploma in Computer Application, Odia language proficiency, Must be a citizen of India.. Must have passed at least +3 examinations or such other qualification as are equivalent to +3 examination of a recognised University.. Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institution.. Be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.. Be of good character.. Be of sound health, good physique and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.. Shall not have more than one spouse living, if married.. Have no Criminal antecedent on the date of application.. Candidates must have passed at least +3 examinations or equivalent, possess a Diploma in Computer Application, and be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Odia..
