Special Educator:B.Ed. in Special Education in the field of Mental Retardation OR Diploma in Early Childhood Special Education (Mental Retardation) OR B.Ed. Special Education (Locomotor and Neurological Disorder) OR P.G. Diploma in Special Education recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India.
