Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) has released the official Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Notification 2026 under Advt. No. ANRF/ECRG/2025/003251/LS. A vacancy has been announced under the BITS Pilani JRF Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course qualified through CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or other recognized national-level examinations are eligible to apply. Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate in Degree in Professional Course selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR –UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE, or through National level examinations conducted by Central Government departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.. Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate in Degree in Professional Course selected through any one of the following:-. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR –UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.. The Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.. To be eligible, candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course; Selection must be through national-level tests like CSIR-UGC NET or GATE, or other central government examinations.
