Certificate of competency as Master Foreign going holder with experience as Chief Officer for at least six months, Certificate of competency as Dredger Master Gr I with 2 years experience on Dredgers, Certificate of competency as Master NCV with 2 years experience on Dredgers, Officers who have held the rank of Lieutenant Commander or Commander in the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy, with a minimum of seven years of sea service, and who possess a valid Certificate of Competency and/or Certificate of Service, wherever applicable as Master Foreign Going; Certificate of competency as Master Foreign going holder with experience as Chief Officer for at least six months OR.
