DFCCIL invites applications for the post of Director (Infrastructure), a Board-level position responsible for executing and maintaining the Western DFC, project procurement, and inter-government coordination. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, preference for railway/mega construction background, and eligibility based on current employment in CPSEs, Central Govt., or large SPSEs/Private firms.

Eligibility

Applicants must be employed in regular capacity in CPSEs, Central Govt. Group 'A' officers, SPSEs (turnover ≥ Rs.1500Cr), or Private Sector (turnover ≥ Rs.1500Cr). Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in last 10 years. Railway/mega construction experience preferred. Engineering graduate with MBA/PGDM is advantageous.

Appointment Duration

5 years from date of joining, or until superannuation, or until further orders — whichever is earlier.

Selection Process

Shortlisting by Board based on guidelines, followed by interview. Rejection policy for unwillingness to join: 2-year debarment from Board-level posts in CPSEs.
