Directorate General of Performance Management (DGPM), Indirect Taxes & Customs, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) under the Ministry of Finance has issued an official advertisement for DGPM CBIC Additional Assistant Director Recruitment 2026 to fill posts of Additional Assistant Director in various Directorates under CCA, DGPM, CBIC ondeputation basisin terms of provisions laid down in Recruitment Rules of Additional Assistant Director dated 31.03.2022 of DGPM.

Additional Assistant Director:The post is to be filled ondeputation basis; The eligibility criteria including educational qualification, experience, and other conditions are detailed inAnnexure-C, available on the CBIC website (www.cbic.gov.in) and DGPM website (https://dgpm.gov.in).. The Directorate General of Performance Management is the cadre control authority in respect ofGroup 'B' and 'C' cadresincluding the post of Additional Assistant Director in various Directorates under CBIC.. These Directorates deal with functions such as investigations into cases of evasion of duties/taxes, human resource development, infrastructure, audit, inspections, legal and appellate matters, systems and data management, and data analysis.. Candidates whose applications are forwarded by the concerned Ministry/Department/Organization once received in DGPMwill not be allowed to withdrawtheir candidature subsequently..
