Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination, Successfully completed a Phlebotomy Technician training course in an organization affiliated to/recognized by/run by Paschim Banga Society for skill Development (PBSSD) or NSDC-India or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Working experience as a Phlebotomist for at least 1 (one) year in a Govt. Health Care Facility/Laboratory or CE licensed Private Health Care Facility/Diagnostic Centre/Laboratory; Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination..
