Delhi International Arbitration Centre has released the official Deputy Counsel Notification 2026 on 29 April 2026 at the official website. A total of 9 vacancies have been announced under the DIAC Deputy Counsel Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates aged up to 35 years with a qualification of enrolment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with minimum 3 years post qualification experience can apply online from 01 May 2026 to 30 May 2026. Enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with any State Bar Council, Three (03) years post qualification experience; Deputy Counsel:Essential: A person enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with any State Bar Council and having three (03) years post qualification experience as on 01.05.2026. Desirable: (i) Diploma or Post Graduation/ LL.M. in Arbitration Law/ Commercial Law/ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); (ii) Research and Analytical Skills, writing ability and good knowledge of computer, including retrieval of desired information from various legal search engines/processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, Westlaw, etc.. Candidates must be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with any State Bar Council and possess three years of post-qualification experience.
