PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty; Contractual Specialist (Full Time/Part Time):PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university with 3-years' experience after acquiring the PG Degree or 05-years' experience post diploma.. Senior Resident (Under Central Residency Scheme):PG Degree or a Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university; Non-PG: 2 years of experience in concerned department.. Senior Resident (Against GDMO) on Contract Basis:PG Degree/Diploma or MBBS Degree from recognized university with at least 02 year working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.

| Contractual Specialist (Part-Time) | Consolidated remuneration of ₹60,000/- per month for 16 hours per week (4 hours per day for 4 days a week). Additional remuneration of: ₹15,000/- month for emergency visits, and ₹800/- per hour for duty performed beyond 16 hours per week. |
