Able to speak, read and write Odia (M.E. standard).. Citizen of India.. Sound health, good physique, no organic defects.. Not more than one spouse if married.. No pending criminal cases.. A Master's Degree in Social Science (preferably Sociology or Psychology) with at least 3 years of experience in family counselling is required; Alternatively, a Degree in Social Science with over 35 years of age and relevant social service experience is also considered.
