The High Court of Gujarat has officially released a short notification regarding the recruitment of approximately 237 Civil Judge vacancies for 2026. This recruitment will be conducted as per the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Eligibility

LLB. Candidates must possess a Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India or established by law in India; Additionally, candidates who obtained their law degree in or after the academic year 2009-2010 must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). Candidates must also pass the vernacular (Gujarati) language proficiency test, unless they have cleared their secondary and higher secondary examinations with Gujarati as a subject.
