Master’s degree in Science (Physics/Applied Physics/Astrophysics/Electronics/Computer Science) or B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc./B.S. in Physics with 60% marks, Graduate with 55% marks and NCC (C) certificate, S.S.C or Equivalent; Scientific Officer (B):Full time Master’s degree in Science (Physics / Applied Physics / Astrophysics / Electronics / Computer Science) with 60% marks OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer / Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Aeronautical Engineering / Engineering Physics with 60% marks; Minimum 1 year post-qualification work in teaching/research/science outreach.. Scientific Assistant (B):Full time B.Sc./B.S. in Physics with 60% marks; Knowledge of personal computers; 0-2 years experience in educational content development/teaching (for EWS post) OR B.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics with 60% marks; Knowledge of personal computers (for UR post).. Assistant Security Officer (A):Graduate with 55% marks and NCC (C) certificate OR Advanced Civil Defence Course Certificate; 5 years experience in Security OR Ex-Servicemen/JCO/NCO criteria; Knowledge of personal computers.. Work Assistant (Auxiliary):Passed S.S.C or Equivalent; Minimum one-year experience as Peon/Attendant.
