HITS Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science has released the official Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 notification for 1 vacancy. Candidates with an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or M.Tech. in Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, etc., with a minimum of 60% marks, are eligible to apply. GATE/CSIR/NET qualified candidates will be preferred. Applicants should be between 21 and 35 years of age, with applicable age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates. The application process is through email, and eligible candidates should submit their applications on or before 15-10-2026. The selected candidate will receive Rs. 31,000 + 16% HRA per month for the first two years and Rs. 35,000 + 16% HRA per month for the third year.
