Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC), Shimla has released the official Scientific Officer Notification 2026 under Advt. No. 65/10-2026. A total of 3 vacancies have been announced under the HPPSC Scientific Officer Recruitment 2026. Candidates aged 18 to 45 years as on 1 January 2026, with an M.Sc. in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Pharmacy, M.S. (Pharm.), or M. Pharm. along with 3 years of experience, are eligible to apply. The online application process is open until 3 November 2026 through the official website. M.Sc. in Forensic Science / Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry / Pharmacy / M.S.(Pharm.) / M. Pharm. with 3 years experience; Qualification:At least 2nd class M.Sc. in Forensic Science (with specialization/ dissertation work/ course work/ project work in the field of Chemical Sciences) OR At least 2nd class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ M.S.(Pharm.)/ M. Pharm. degree from a recognized University.. Experience:Minimum three (03) years of post-qualification experience in Research, Training and Analytical Work within the specified subjects.. Age limit:18 to 45 years (as on 1 January 2026).
