Indian Veterinary Research Institute (ICAR IVRI) has released the official Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Notification 2026 at ivri.nic.in. A total of 1 vacancy has been announced under the ICAR IVRI JRF Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates up to 35 years of age with a Postgraduate degree in Basic Biological Sciences/ Life Sciences or a Bachelor’s/ Postgraduate degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or allied disciplines along with NET/ GATE or other prescribed national-level qualifications can apply online on or before 25 July 2026. Post Graduate degree including the integrated PG degree in Basic Biological Science/Life sciences or Bachelor/ Post Graduate in professional courses preferably in Veterinary Science/ Animal Science & Allied from recognized institute/University.. Post Graduate degree including the integrated PG degree in Basic Biological Science/Life sciences or Bachelor/Post Graduate in professional courses preferably in Veterinary Science/ Animal Science & Allied from recognized institute/University selected through a) National Eligibility Test CSIR-UGC NET/GATE or b) National level Exam conducted by Central Gov./Allied Agencies/Institutions viz; DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc; Desirable: Having evidence of experience in animal health management, lab animal handling, haemato-biochemical analysis and knowledge in computer data management.
