IFFCO MT Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for Management Trainee Posts

The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has officially announced the Management Trainee (HR) Recruitment 2026 with vacancies as per organizational requirement. Candidates who meet the age criteria of up to 25 years (with relaxation for reserved categories) and hold a 5-year integrated MBA or 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management can now submit their online applications from already started to 29 April 2026. 5-year integrated MBA OR 2-year full time MBA OR PGDM in Human Resource / Personnel Management from UGC/AICTE recognized premier University/Institute with proficiency in Computer; Candidates must have a 5‑year integrated MBA or a 2‑year full‑time MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or Personnel Management from a premier UGC/AICTE‑recognized university or institute, with proficiency in computers; General/OBC candidates need at least 60% aggregate marks, while SC/ST candidates must have a minimum of 55% in the qualifying degree.
