5-year integrated MBA OR 2-year full time MBA OR PGDM in Human Resource / Personnel Management from UGC/AICTE recognized premier University/Institute with proficiency in Computer; Candidates must have a 5‑year integrated MBA or a 2‑year full‑time MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or Personnel Management from a premier UGC/AICTE‑recognized university or institute, with proficiency in computers; General/OBC candidates need at least 60% aggregate marks, while SC/ST candidates must have a minimum of 55% in the qualifying degree.
