Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences has released the official Senior Resident Notification 2026. A total of 2 vacancies have been announced under the IGIMS Senior Resident Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates up to 45 years of age with MS/ DNB in General Surgery or M.Ch/ DNB in CTVS can attend the walk-in interview on 07 October 2026. The selected candidates will be appointed on a temporary basis with a salary of Rs. 67,700/ - plus NPA and usual allowances per month. Senior Resident:MS/ DNB in General Surgery, M.ch/ DNB in CTVS, A Medical qualification as included in schedule I & II of MCI, MCI Recognized PG qualification of MS/ DNB in General Surgery, Post Doctorate of M.ch/ DNB in CTVS, The candidate must be registered with Central / State Medical council; Candidates must possess MS/DNB in General Surgery or M.Ch/DNB in CTVS along with necessary registration with the Central or State Medical Council.
