Master's degree (M.E/M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology or allied discipline with minimum 60% marks and valid GATE score OR B.E/B.Tech with minimum 80% marks and valid GATE score (80 percentile).. Final semester candidates may apply provisionally.. Candidates need a Master's degree (M.E/M.Tech) with at least 60% marks and a valid GATE score, or a B.E/B.Tech with at least 80% marks and a valid GATE score (80 percentile) in relevant disciplines.
