Plumbing License issued by Kerala Water Authority (desirable).. Electrical Wireman License issued by Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board (desirable).. Candidates must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Plumber/Draftsmen (Civil) Trade or a Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering; Desirable qualifications include a Plumbing License and an Electrical Wireman License.
