Project Coordinator:Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, or a relevant discipline. Experience in enterprise promotion, startup incubation, livelihood programmes, entrepreneurship development, rural development projects, or related areas. Knowledge of local languages of Meghalaya will be an added advantage.
Field Investigator:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). Experience in community-based development work, surveys, or field research will be preferred. Fresh postgraduates with demonstrated capability and willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork may also apply.
