IIT BHU Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online

Candidates with a Post Graduate degree (M.E./M.Tech. or M.Sc.) in relevant disciplines such as Water Resources, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing & GIS, Geography, Geology, or Earth Sciences along with a valid GATE/NET or any national-level qualification from institutes like DST, IIT, or ISRO are eligible to apply within the prescribed age limit of maximum 30 years.

Post Graduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech.), M.Sc. degree; Post Graduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in Water Resources/Geoinformatics/Remote Sensing & GIS/Engineering Geosciences or M.Sc. degree in Geoinformatics/Remote Sensing & GIS, Geography/Geology/Applied Geology, Earth Sciences or equivalent.. Must have qualified GATE/ NET or any national level examination conducted by central government departments or institutes like DST, IIT, ISRO etc..
