Indian Institute of Technology Delhi has released the official Research Associate (II), Research Associate (I), and Jr. Project Assistant (Tech.) Notification 2026 under Advt. No. IITD/IRD/258/2026. A total of 9 vacancies have been announced under the IIT Delhi Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates with a Ph.D, MD, MS, MDS, or equivalent degree, or a Diploma/Graduate degree in the appropriate discipline, can apply by email up to 13 October 2026. The selected candidates will be appointed on a project-based basis with a salary ranging from Rs. 29,290/- to Rs. 61,000/- per month plus HRA. Jr. Project Assistant (Tech.):Diploma (3) years duration/ Graduate Degree in appropriate discipline Or ITI (2 years duration) in relevant trade with 6 years relevant work experience.. Applicants must possess a Ph.D/ MD/ MS/ MDS or equivalent degree, along with relevant research, teaching, design, and development experience.
