IIT Delhi Recruitment 2026 - Walkin for Junior Research Fellow, Project Scientist Posts

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) has released the official Jr. Research Fellow, Project Scientist Recruitment 2026 notification for 3 contractual vacancies. The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 37,000 per month plus 27% HRA for the Jr. Research Fellow position, while the Project Scientist post carries a salary ranging from Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 50,000 per month plus HRA, as applicable. Candidates with relevant Post Graduate Degrees in basic science with NET qualification, professional course qualifications with NET, B.Tech, M.Sc., MCA, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications with first class or equivalent can apply, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria.
