Qualification

Ph.D. in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Vision Science, Developmental Science/psychology, Developmental Brain Sciences, Neuroscience, or a closely related field. Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward, and 55% or equivalent grade in classes 10th and 12th. Demonstrated experience designing and running controlled psychophysics experiments with coding experience in MATLAB, Python and JavaScript highly recommended. Strong quantitative background: statistics and data science skills (R and/or Python). Solid grounding in basic neuroscience and cognitive development. Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research and communicate science through manuscripts, reports, and presentations.

Candidates who have submitted their thesis in the aforementioned fields on or before the last date of application submission are encouraged to apply as well.
The percentage/grade points with respect to academic qualifications will be a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward, and 55% or equivalent grade in classes 10th and 12th.
Demonstrated experience designing and running controlled psychophysics experiments with coding experience in MATLAB, Python and JavaScript highly recommended.
Strong quantitative background: statistics and data science skills (R and/or Python), with the ability to apply methods such as Item Response Theory, confirmatory factor analysis, and hierarchical growth-curve/multilevel modelling.
Solid grounding in basic neuroscience and cognitive development.
Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research and communicate science through manuscripts, reports, and presentations.
