Sports Coaches (Squash):Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Physical Education or equivalent coaching certification. Representation at State/University/National level OR Level-1 Coaching Course.
Yoga Instructor:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in yoga, or any higher qualification from a recognised institution, or Diploma in Yoga from a recognised institution with at least three years of relevant experience in yoga. Knowledge of traditional yoga practices, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Gym Instructor & Fitness Trainer:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline or Diploma / Certificate in Fitness Training / Gym Training from a recognised institute. Certified Gym Trainer (from recognised bodies such as K11, Gold's Gym, NSCA, ACSM, etc.). Preferably a Certified Gym Instructor. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is required. Knowledge of strength training, cardio training, and functional fitness.
