Indian Institute of Technology Patna has released the official Junior Research Fellow Notification 2026. A total of 2 vacancies have been announced under the IIT Patna Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026. Candidates with a B.E./ B.Tech., M.Sc., M.E./ M.Tech., or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, Physics, or related disciplines, or in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines with GATE/ NET qualification, are eligible to apply by email on or before 04-10-2026. The selected candidates will receive Rs. 37,000 per month during the first year and Rs. 42,000 per month during the second year.
