The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has officially announced the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) & Senior Research Fellow (SRF) Recruitment 2026 with 03 openings (JRF: 02, SRF: 01). The detailed notification was published on 25 June 2026 at iitr.ac.in. Candidates who meet the age criteria as per Government of India norms and hold B.E./B.Tech. in ECE/EEE/EIE with GATE/NET or M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/VLSI with GATE/NET (for JRF); the same qualification along with a minimum of 2 years of research/industry experience (for SRF) can now submit their applications through email and Google Form from 25 June 2026 to 14 July 2026 (11:59 PM).
