The Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited (J&K Bank) has officially announced the Apprentice Recruitment 2026 under the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) with 614 vacancies for a training period of one year. The detailed notification (Ref. No. JKB/HR/Rectt/2026-182) was released on 17 April 2026 on the official website jkb.bank.in. Candidates who meet the age criteria of 20 to 28 years and possess a graduation degree (passed on or after 01 January 2022) can submit their online applications from 20 April 2026 to 26 April 2026. Training Duration

12 months. Apprentices will be relieved after completion of the apprenticeship period.

Stipend

₹13,500/- per month (Bank's share: ₹9,000/- + Govt. share via DBT: ₹4,500/-). Conveyance up to ₹1,250/- per month. DBT amount applicable only for candidates below 35 years of age.

Trainee Hours

On-the-Job Training during normal working hours from 10 AM to 5 PM, as applicable to the workmen cadre of the Bank.
