Position: Essential Qualification & Experience; Chartered Accountant: Professional Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi; At least 2 years of post-qualification practice, or employed as a Chartered Accountant in a reputed firm/organization for a minimum of 2 years.. State Finance Manager-RCH: Inter Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)/Inter ICWA/Masters in Commerce/CFA, with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification related work experience, and good working skills on computer and financial software.. State Accounts Manager: Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with knowledge of Tally software, minimum 8 years post-qualification related work experience, and working skills on computer and financial software.. State Accounts Officer-Urban: Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com/MBA in Finance with Tally knowledge, minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience (preferably in the government sector), and good working skills on computer and financial software (Tally). Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable..
