B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Minimum five (5) years of experience, Pass in Khasi or Garo in SSLC.. Engineer (Civil) – I:B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university, with proficiency in relevant computer applications; Minimum five (5) years of service and/or experience in civil engineering works (Government/PSU/private). Minimum pass marks in either Khasi or Garo during Secondary School Leaving Certificate (or equivalent/higher). Citizen of India and Domicile of Meghalaya.. Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, along with proficiency in relevant computer applications; Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering works is required.
